These brooms on the Potions and Spells stamp set are a little magic with all their sparkle. No, they are not cut out of colored glimmer paper. I used the Silver Glimmer Paper and colored them with the Blending Brushes. The circle was also colored with the Blending Brushes. I cut a piece of Basic White 3 3/4″ x 3 3/4″.Then, I cut the circle from Layering Circles Dies.
