Weekly Newsletter May 14th

I have some exciting news my order will be in by the end of the week.  I am looking forward to new products to work on.  I know you will enjoy seeing new ideas.  I will have a project for Friday, but there will be no new projects on May 24th.  This is Memorial weekend and I am taking some time off. You will have a project on  May 31st.

Remember to check my post for Monday.  I am still struggling with Thursday’s post.  So keep checking in.

It is Time to get creative.

To make the Tu grandis si vite card, we stamped the outline image of the dolphin, then we stamped the shading image in Gray Granite ink. We didn’t want the shading image to be too strong, so we stamped off first. We die-cut the dolphin, then finished this card with a sentiment and some 2024–2026 In Color Shimmer Gems. We love how simple yet cute this card is—perfect for someone who doesn’t have a ton of time or may not have a lot of crafting experience.

For our Lass dich mal treiben card, we wanted to step things up a little bit. We added color to the card background using Summer Splash ink and a Blending Brush, and we adhered a few die-cut coral pieces and some fish.

To create our Make a Splash card, we went all out! We used the bubble die as a stencil to add Embossing Paste on our Basic White Cardstock panel. Then we colored the pieces of coral and fish with Calypso Coral, Granny Apple Green, Gray Granite, Petal Pink, and Summer Splash Stampin’ Blends. We love how these cards turned out, and how they allow for lots of unique creativity.

Now what other stamp set can you create and make a splash?
