I am trying to restock my card inventory and one of the ones I am short on is Wedding cards. Stampin’ Up! Dandelion Wishes stamp set are perfect for wedding cards. Don’t you remember blowing on the dandelions and making a wish? I know what to wish that couple a lifetime of happiness.
For the background, I used the Bokeh Dots which is retired. You could use the Color Block Technique. See video Color Block Technique
