How do you create interest for your card? Do you use some form of background to add interest? Background can be added by using an embossing folder or stamping a background. Stampin’ Up! gives us many different choices. If you are wanting to stamp, you could choose Crackle, Buffalo Check or Birch.
Today’s card uses the embossing folder. It is Softly Falling Embossing Folder. I think it looks so much like snow. No, I am not eager for the snow to start flying. Winter can last so long in Iowa. I want to enjoy the fall. I chose this background because I had a stamp set that I have been dying to use. I fell in love with it the minute I saw it. It is Nature’s Beauty with different animals and some foliage. There are deer, fox, and a rabbit. I chose the rabbit and picture it sitting in my backyard with fresh snow on the ground.
