I trust everyone had a great weekend and are ready to start a brand new month with your paper crafting. Remember our goal in 2019 is to get creating and have no negative thoughts. So many say they can’t do it. Please trust me when I say “you can do it.” Some of you need just a little inspiration and others need a whole lot. I talked last week where inspiration comes from. So remember to look around.
As far as skills, remember skills is something that develops as you do it. Remember your mother saying “practice makes perfect.” It is true. When I look at my creation from the early 2000s, I shake my head and don’t want to look at them. This is why you find that I present videos for you, classes, and now definitions every Monday. Before we go to today’s definition, I need to apologize for Friday’s video. Friday afternoon I was in a hurry and checked the front and a middle section, but didn’t check further. I got up Saturday morning to an interesting email. Interesting video, but we only see the card and not the making of it. I recheck the video and sure enough, the instructions were missing. So I reshot the video. I would have liked to thank her, but I had no email address. So please make sure your email is available. The correct video is up on Youtube and Friday’s post about the Ribbon Slider card has been corrected.
I have been going in alphabetic order, but I am going to skip a couple and we will catch later. The word is board.

This weekend my inspiration was rolling. I decided to reward myself for completing my February Online Class project by working on whatever I wanted to work on. It could be current, retired, or new products that are in our Occasions and Sale-a-bration Brochure. So I dug back into the Annual Catalog and created today’s card. It uses Tropical Chic. I don’t why I choose that one. Maybe I was enjoying warm thoughts. Yes, we did warm up into the ’50s and much better than the -46 below that we had earlier in the week.
So check out this card and then get a sneak peek of my Online Class for February. I will have it published on Tuesday. So make sure to check back because you didn’t want to miss it. Don’t forget Tuesday is our monthly newsletter. It is always packed with information.
