Focus on the Circle

This card is all about what you want.  Think about what you can put in the circle.  I used the Bird’s Eye View stamp set for this card.  This is a relatively simple card with punches and folds.  I did use Stampin’ Up! Stylish Shapes for the greeting.

I chose Glorious Gingham for the Designer Series Paper. Again select what you want.  I think it is great to have a versatile card.

Give It a Punch (Blog Hop)

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month, the theme is Punch Your Art Out. We really hope that you will be inspired by all the amazing creations the Pals are sharing with you! Then, you will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

Did you know that Country Bouquet doesn’t need to be a Valentine’s card?  The heart can be what you want it to be. In my case, it can be a Happy Birthday or just write a note inside. We have the perfect Designer Series Paper with hearts to create a simple card.

Measurement for the Designer Series is 3″ x 6″ and cut into 3 1-inch pies.

Have You Noticed

The Designer Series Paper is gorgeous. So why not use it as the focal the best part is using the scraps will create a beautiful card.  I used same the 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper.  However, you could use all scraps.

So let us use discuss how to cut the paper for this card. Start by cutting the 6″ x 6″ DSP in half.  Now you have a 3″ inch strip.  Next cut 1″ inch pieces.  You will have 3 pieces to use plus a smaller extra. Set the extra aside. You will be able to make 2 cards out of the 6″ x 6″ DSP.

Special Announcement: Blog Hop will be on Wednesday.  No Post on Thursday.  Friday Special Project by email.  The week of August 14th on vacation. So no post that week. It will resume on August 21st.
