Who Likes Simple for a Card?

DSC_0686 In the Meadow

Sometimes simple is better.  Yesterday I gave you a Reflection Video which is great with the In the Meadow stamp, but there are times we want a simple card.  So this card will give you another use for this stamp set.

For this card you are simply cutting and stamping. To make the card is using Crumb Cake and Early Espresso for cardstock.  Then simply stamp a strip and a circle.  I used the 2 1/2″ circle punch and the Circle Framelit for the larger circle. Finish it off with Early Espresso ribbon.  How easy is this now?

Now think who will enjoy a nature card.  Remember Father’s Day is around the corner.

WOW Wednesday – Reflection

DSC_0684 Reflection

Today is another WOW Wednesday and the theme is reflection and no I don’t mean your reflection.  We are using In the Meadow stamp set which has the beautiful deer and my favorite the mountains.  However, we are not using the mountains today. So sad!  This is a great stamp for your nature people or the men in your life. Watch the video and see how easy it is with a few bumps in the road to make a reflection.

If you are curious about the colors they were Marina Mist, Crumb Cake, and Soft Sky (top to bottom).  The sun was Daffodil Delight and the deer in Archival  Black ink.  The number for In the Meadow is #140754 which is in the Occasion Catalog.  You can place your order on this site.   Don’t forget to use the Hostess Code.  I hope you enjoy this idea which also work on the Wetlands Stamp.
