Base:  This is done with the new 2016-2017 In Color ….. Emerald Envy and Flirty Flamingo.

Focus:  Let your eyes do some wondering with the green feathers and the dancing flamingo.

Card Fold Friday Shadow Box Card

Today’s card is a Shadow Box Card will give dimension to those special stamps such as in the Meadow and Foxy Friends.  I was told by Stampin’ Up! that you can make 80 animals with Foxy Friends stamp.  I sure hope they do some videos.

 

Measurements:

Old Olive Green cardstock 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″  (you will need two)  score both 1/2″, 1″, 4 1/2″ and 5″  Cut one with the Stampin’ Up! #4 Square Framelit ( it is about 2 3/8″)

Window: 3 x 4 1/4″  (Use the Stampin’ Up! Home and Hearth Thinlits) I used black cardstock.

Watercolor or Cardstock:  3 1/4″ x 4″  for stamping inside image.  Use Aqua Painter or Blender Pen.

I adhered the green pieces together with Fast Fuse.

Here is Paper Players Challenge with Wild About Flowers which these flowers look like the picture perfect of spring.  At this time everything is in bloom and the heat of the summer has not taken its toll.  I thrilled that Stampin’ Up! has continued to offer the Brick Wall Embossing Folder.  For the challenge it was a TicTacToe and I chose to do diagonal with birthday, die cut, and embossing.  Notice the Wink of Stella on the flowers.
