Card Fold Friday- Being Different

I can’t believe we are almost three weeks into June. I guess we are having way too much fun whether we are laying at the beach or busy enjoying the NEW Stampin’ Up! 2016-2017 Catalog. Either way our lives are so busy and that is why I LOVE Stampin’ Up! Stampin’ Up comes to our door with great products. Measurements:

5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and at the 4 1/4″ (normal A2 card)

Changes Are Great But …..

I have a special card to show, but I want to talk to about something. first. A lot of you are just receiving your Stampin’ Up products, I ordered the Layering Ovals Framelits. I was not sure of the sizes as I have always used the Oval Collection Framelit. Okay, I love the new Layering Oval Framelits, but it doesn’t work for everything. They are smaller in size. So If you want a larger window you will want your Oval Collection Framelits that are now retired. This means I will be using the Oval Collection Framelits from time to time which is what I used today.

So here is Anniversary card. I think Floral Phrases will be a very versatile stamp set. Just don’t do what I did. I missed the framelit that goes with it and I will need to order it next month. So much for saving 10%.

Base: Notice that I layered the embossed paper to give it a raised effect.

Focus: The beautiful floral from Floral Phrases in the luscious Sweet Sugarplum.
