Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for October 2016. We are thankful you stopped by to take a look at our new 2016 Blog Hop monthly themes.  This month our projects feature cards made using “wicked” folds. What is a “wicked” fold? It is anything other than the standard A2 card fold. We hope to provide you with lots of ideas and that you enjoy our creations.

You may just be starting the Blog Hop or may have come from the previous link from the Line-up on the Pals Blog Hop listing shown below.  The full lineup will help you move along from blog to blog so you may see all the projects.

Do you remember the Gingerbread House?  I remember how I marveled at their creations.  They were always so beautiful you didn’t want to eat it, but I am hoping you want to share this gingerbread house. So here is my version of the Gingerbread House and there is a surprise inside.

I know we have not even reached Halloween, but Christmas season is so short that I feel we need to get a jump on Christmas cards.  So I am starting to do a few Christmas cards.  Stampin’ Up! has so many wonderful choices  of Christmas stamps.  If you don’t have a Holiday catalog, let me know. I just got a fresh shipment in and will be happy to mail it to you.  Having trouble deciding what to order, think about who the cards are going to.  There are great religious ones and nonreligious such as pine cones, bells or for children Santa Claus, snowman or the train which reminds me of the Polar Express.  I just got that stamp and I am eager to work on it.

Today’s card is Santa’s Sleigh and one of his reindeer.  I will showcasing this stamp set and framelits this week.  If you haven’t sign up for my newsletter, you are missing the opportunity for extra newsletter with the Twelve Weeks of Christmas. You have already missed week one. You can sign up today at the bottom of this post. I will give you a hint that the theme will be continued there.
