Are you wondering what all the buzz is about in Stampin’ Up!? It is the new Occasion’s Catalog and Sale-a-bration Brochure. It seems everytime Stampin’ Up! brings out a new catalog they do one better. I don’t how they do it except they have a very creative team. Take a close look at this video and you will see what I mean.

I know a lot of you have the winter dull drums, but my Open House will cure it. There will be 6 stations where you will make a card or project, but that is not all there will be a display of additional ideas at each station. Take a look at this one.

Beautiful, But Simple Greeting Card

This card is a beautiful, but a simple card to make. The stamp set that I am using is Lots of Lavender from the Sale-a-bration Brochure. Did you know you can get it free with $50 purchase from the Occasions Catalog or Annual Catalog? It is just a matter of stamping the image and then restamping with a color of your choice. I chose Berry Burst with the Color Theory paper. There is no matching because of Color Theory Designer Paper ties with the current colors. So pick your favorite color. Once your color is stamped just color the stem and bow. Then you are done coloring and can assemble your card. Use this for any occasion you need. It is a great card to have on hand because your inside will determine the theme (birthday, get well, etc.).
