The heart was embossed with silver embossing powder on red cardstock. Measurements:

Colored Cardstock 4 1/4″ x 11″

Another piece of colored cardstock 4 1/4″ 4″

Designer Series Paper 4″ x 5 1/4″

Score the 4 1/4″ x 11″ at 5 1/2″

With the smaller cardstock score across the 4 1//4″ at 1/2″ on each end,  go up 2″ from one end and score.
