Fresh as a Daisy

There is a stamp set I have been playing a lot with.  Actually, there are two stamps I was drawn too over the weekend.  One is retiring and the other is not.  We will look at the stamp set that is not retiring.  You can find the other stamp set ideas on my Pinterest Board.  I know you are wondering which stamp set I am talking about.  You will find that information later in this post.

I am was thrilled to find Daisy Delight is not retiring. To me, it is a stamp that crosses all occasions.   It is a basic stamp set that every stamper needs to have on their shelf.  Normally I use the Daisy for my cards, but I was staring at the stamp and realized I totally missed the other part of the set.  The other stamp part is so easy to use that I wonder why didn’t I use it before.  There is a lesson here.  Look at your stamp set without blinders.  Keep an open mind.

This card is a perfect introduction to the new colors.  I used some of the new In Colors.  The ones I chose to use are Grapefruit Grove, Pineapple Punch, and Blueberry Bushel.  Aren’t they speculator?  Of course any of Stampin’ Up! colors will be perfect to use.  It is a very easy card to make, but if lining up is a problem just use the Stamparatus.  It is a positioning tool that makes stamping a breeze.  It is in the new 2018-2019 Annual Catalog.  Do you have the new catalog?  If not order today.  I just got a new box in and I want to share it with you FREE.  So click here to get your own copy. https://www.stampinpinkrose.com/catalog-re
