Are You Ready to Step Up?

Ready to make some fun cards with the Round We Go Bundle? Here are some ways to make an easy card… and then to step it up!

A simple card is always refreshing—just add some color to the pinwheel stamps, cut out one of the Round We Go Dies and add your sentiment with some Baker’s Twine.

Want to step it up? Stamp the pinwheels onto Basic White Cardstock, then layer die-cut pinwheels in matching cardstock on top of the stamped image, but offset the arms to make a full pinwheel.

Still want to do more? Grab the rosette die, then cut it half lengthwise before folding and assembling it. Add in some die-cut circles, a splatter of Wink of Stella, and then BOOM—you’ve got a fun 3D card!

So now start creating and using some of your ideas. You can do it! Have fun!

Don’t forget Blog Hop on Wednesday.  Then another project on Friday.

Wedding Time

June is traditionally Wedding Month and I needed a wedding card.  So I did something new and something old.  The new is the Designer Series Paper Delightful Floral and the old is the Last a Lifetime stamp set for words. The flowers came from the Flowers of Beauty stamp set. You could use Unbounded Beauty Designer Series Paper.

To create the flower I stamped the outline in Blackberry Bliss and then the flower in Petunia Pop.  When you stamp in Petunia Pop make sure to stamp off.
