Who Is Pretty in Pink?

This week’s definition.

The question relates to the color of today’s card.  I used Petal Pink for this beautiful lattice card.  You can get this stamp set free with your $50 purchase of anything out of all the catalogs. It doesn’t have to be out of the Occasions Catalog.  What I love about this stamp is that you can color it whatever color you want and use for whatever Occasion you want.  If you are wondering about the framelit piece below, that came from the Lakeside Framelit.  I want to invite you to go into all the different Stampin’ Up! Framelits and Thinlits and explore the minor pieces.  You will find some wonderful pieces to make a perfect addition to your project.

It is time for Friday’s Card Fold and it is a Wiper Card.  This is a fun card that works with just about any image.  Join me as I show you a cute way to make a Valentine card plus you will find a great technique tip here.  The dog pops up from inside the card.  There is a heart on the Happy Tails Punch.

Supplies:

  • 2 4 1/4″x 6 3/4″ Cardstock
  • Whisper White cardstock (for rectangle)
  • Rectangle Stitched Shapes
  • Double Sided Tape
  • Trimmer
  • Snail Adhesive
  • Whatever you want for the front.  I used the Happy Tails stamp set.

Score the larger cardstock at 1″ and 1 3/4″ on one end only. Repeat on the second one at the opposite end. Then fold as shown in the video.
