No, I am not off schedule it just it was a topsy turvy week which leads to a technique video on a Friday. It was Blog Hop on Wednesday which means no Technique Video and seeing this is Technique Week I don’t want you to miss one. The video days is a technique that becomes a card. Actually, it is a concept card. We all love those because we can use them for any occasion. Even better when we can use our scraps. Watch and see what I mean.

All About the Tags (Blog Hop)

Hello, welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month our Design Team’s theme is “Tag, You’re It” – tags or 3D projects to get you inspired for the upcoming gift season. October’s Blog Hop is all about the tags. So I created a Christmas card using the concept of tags in the card. The stamp set that is perfect for this is Wishes and Wonders stamp set. Don’t forget this as a bundle to save 10%. I used the reindeer and seal on the card.

Oh, you are wondering where the tags came from. They are Painted Labels Dies and the paper is from the Tis the Seasons 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Pack which is in the Designer Series Paper on sale this month. The newsprint came from the Wonder of the Season DSP.

More Halloween

Last week I gave you a Halloween card using the Hallows Magic Night stamp set. Today I have another Halloween card that is perfect to send to a friend. I am stamping the inside simply “celebrate.” It has pumpkins instead of jack-o-lanterns and some spider webs. I used some Designer Series Paper from the Magic in the Night and chose some different kind of paper. in the Designer Series Paper for Halloween. There are some roses in the Designer Series Paper in that set..

My favorite part of the stamp set is the bats. I used just one in this card, but I think it shines.
