Blog Hop….Where Is My Ball?

Welcome to the Pals’ August Blog Hop! We’re so glad you’re here because we made some great projects for “Special Occasions”  – cards or projects that adds beauty to the special occasions we all love to make cards for! You may be starting the hop here or coming from a previous Pal’s blog. Either way, you’ve come to the right place. You’ll find the full line-up below to help you move, or “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

For those that are lucky enough to retire and are golfers, it means more time on the golf course.  So celebrate that person who is retiring and looking for more time to hit the links and maybe improve their game. Or maybe not!  I keep saying if only I had more time to play, just maybe my golf game would improve.

The original stamp set has a male golfer and no female golfer.  I felt cheated.  So I turned one of the ladies into a golfer.  It was not hard to do. I would have preferred her looking like the man facing the flag.  The colors are a little different as I hate gray hair on a female. Call me vain. So the man got gray hair and the woman didn’t.  The man’s jacket was done with Buffalo Check stamp set and cut out.  The woman I made a pattern and cut her clothes out of some leftover Garden Impressions DSP. All pattern paper came from the Regal 6″ x 6″ DSP.
