Today’s card continues the party with Broadway Birthday. This is one of my favorite Stampin’ Up! Suites. The paper is stunning and the stamp set is absolutely delightful. Whether you want to say Hooray or make a Wish with balloons and candles you can do it all with this stamp set. There will be no question that a party is about to start.
