Most of us have scraps or strips of Designer Series Paper. Why not use those to make pretty cards? This card uses the Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper. I simply cut one-inch strips with one different pattern. I chose Early Espresso for the background to mount the strips. For the greeting part simply use circles and add a stamp off with a flower image.
This card is unique because the base is Beige and folded at 4 1/4″.
