What Stamp Are You Drawn To?

Stampin’ Up! has so many different stamps to choose from, but we are all drawn to certain stamps.  Some of you want the flowers and others it is the images like the cats, chicks, dogs, etc and I know it is hard to choose a favorite. I love them all, but for some unknown reason I fell in love with the lighthouse. Why I don’t know. Maybe it is the history of them and lives they effect.   Anyway Stampin’ Up! came out with High Tide and it has wonderful sentiment to go with your lighthouse. So let this stamp be another light in your Stampin’ Up! collection. I know you are going to find many ways to use it.  In fact, I did a card without the lighthouse.  You will find that card on my Facebook page.https://www.facebook.com/stampinpinkrose/photos/a.835306279904546.1073741828.620259814742528/1031311033637402/?type=3&theater

This card was cased from  craft-somniaMomma and changed a little of it. For example I used the woodgrain embossing folder and colored the folder with Early Espresso. Mine became a Thank You card and not a birthday card.  It seems when we stamp that we always end up with our own spin which is a great.  thing.  Afterall, the idea of making cards is to personalize it. Remmeber you don’t need to make major changes to the card. Here is hers and below that is mine.
