See How to Take the Plane for a New Spin

I mention yesterday in the video about the propeller on the bi plane from Soaring to New Heights.  Unfortunately it got cut off.   So I am giving you a close up.  But before I do this, I want to give you the background on the idea.  I was sitting in the airport last Sunday watching the planes come and go.  For some reason my eyes focused on the propellers and them turning.  I realized that was what was missing on our propeller of the bi plane.  Hence, I came up with the idea to use the Vellum, 1/2″ circle punch  and a brad.  Take a look at what I mean.

If you haven’t figure it out, this is one of my favorite stamps from Sale-a-bration  brochure which you get to choose as a product when you spend $50 out of the Occasion’s catalog.  However, this stamp goes away February 16th and new stamps will be introduced.  So if you want to order it, you need to order it right away.  Just use the hostess code.  Here is the full picture using the Going Places paper in the Occasion”s catalog.

I think the reason I like this card is because it makes a great masculine card and  is super easy to create a card using the Stampin’ Up! Going Places paper. In last than 10 minutes you have a Birthday card. However, this could be a get well, retirement, or a Father’s Day card.
