This is a continuation of Vellum, but I like to think of it is a way to make Rose Wonder stunning. I took Stampin’ Up! Rose Wonder and stepped it up a notch. You know the Rose Wonder with framelits in the Occasions Catalog. Then I simply cut out the rose with the framelits and stamped the rose with leaves on Vellum in black ink. I hand cut out the Vellum one and glued to the framelit. The birthday person is going to think you out did yourself.
