This is a tier card with flowers on each step. Hence, the title “Step Up to a New Flower Garden.” I know it is winter, but I thought we could dream of spring. I am going to give you the supplies, but wait till you see the framelits. At the end you will find a video how to make this card. This is part of the Paper Players Challenge card and theme is flowers.
